Emerald Residence

Emerald Residence is located in the heart of Budapest, on 5th district’s Petőfi Sándor Street. The immediate neighbors of the building are the Church of St. Anne and the soon-to-be-renewed Servita Square. Many of the capital’s most famous sights, like Váci Street are at fingertips, while the Parliament, Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica can also be reached by a 10-minute walk.

Thanks to its excellent location, Emerald Residence is easily approachable by public transport too. It is only a pleasant walk away from any metro line: the Millennium Underground Railway’s station at Vörösmarty Square is within a few minutes, from Deák Ferenc Square the comfortable transport is provided by M2 and M3 lines, furthermore the Square of Ferenciek station of M3 is also within a short distance from the building.

Emerald Residence strives to fit to the diverse age and style of its neighboring historical buildings in its appearance, making use of today’s expectations and contemporary means, while following the main directional concepts. The main advantage of the building stems from it being more than just a residential development: it will be created together with a newly built 4 star hotel, with a wide scale of services fulfilling the future habitants’ needs. Besides apartments, on the ground and 1st floors even commercial spaces and premises will be developed. For further enhancement of the occupiers’ expectations and comfort, 24h reception and hotel services (breakfast, laundry, cleaning, valet parking, stores, underground parking, bike storage and passage) will also be available. The 2nd – 5th floors of the building are going to be generic residential levels; while on the top three floors there will also be apartments with balconies.

Waterfront City

Waterfront City covers 5 hectares in the heart of Óbuda (District 3) near the Danube, in the area bordered by Folyamőr utca, Miklós tér and Bogdáni út.

Westside Residence

According to preliminary plans, the project to be implemented on a plot of more than 3500 m2 will include 206 flats, 10 shops and – for the residents’ convenience – 229 parking spaces for cars.

The location of the Project is ideal in all aspects, as it can be found in a popular part of a quickly developing Budapest district near the city centre and the office corridor on Váci út.

Sasad Liget 6

Following the great success of the previous phases, the 6th and last phase of Sasad Liget is also coming. A total of 180 apartments will be built in the area in six buildings, and, to serve the needs and maximum comfort of the residents, six retail spaces will also be created.

Thanks to its excellent location, the downtown area is easily approachable by public transport, using the M4 metro or one of the No. 8, 53, 139 and 239 bus lines. For drivers the M1-M7 highway junction is within just 5 minutes by car.

Elisabeth Residence

This modern residential house, also designed for investment purposes, will be constructed at 34-36 Dob utca, in the historic quarter of Budapest and within only 250 metres of Gozsdu Courtyard and 50 metres of Kazinczy utca, so beloved by tourists.
